As our lead home inspector, John Steele recognizes that buying a home is a huge financial and emotional purchasing decision. He whole heartedly wants to provide you with the most accurate inspection so you can make your decisions with confidence. His true talent is simply how he delivers his inspection findings. With his background in customer service and his ability to “read” people, he is able to present challenges with the home in a manner that is well received by each buyer. John especially does not scare you with the deficiencies, rather, he informs you and offers solutions to getting these deficiencies resolved. He genuinely has your best interests at heart.

Another gift is his awareness of a situation and his ability to trace the root of a problem. This is particularly useful when there is a soft spot on the roof that needs to be located in the attic or ceiling, or a crack in the wall that might reflect a deficiency in the structure. Thousands of inspections and years of construction experience have trained his eyes and mind to stay open and alert and piece together components from one area to the next, thereby, successfully finding a source.
